Agartala, 29th April 2025: Simna assembly constituency’s newly elected BJP representative Binod Debbarma faced a shocking incident last night as his car was vandalized by unidentified miscreants near Hezamara Bazar. The vehicle, parked outside his residence, sustained extensive damage in the attack.
While the perpetrators remain unknown, speculation has arisen regarding a possible motive. Locals allege that Binod’s brother was recently accused of taking money from individuals under the pretense of securing police jobs. Authorities are now investigating whether this allegation is connected to the incident.
Police have arrived at the scene and initiated a preliminary investigation. The attack has stirred unrest in the area.
