NCC police apprehend three notorious thieves and recover stolen bikes

Agartala, 18th October 2024:   In a significant breakthrough, the police at NCC police station have arrested three notorious thieves and recovered stolen bikes.

According to the in-charge of NCC police station Sushanta Deb, the suspects were presented in court on Friday with a request for police remand.

The incident began on October 13, when a resident of Ujan Abhoynagar Ratan Kumar Saha reported his bike bearing registration number TR01Q-4898 stolen and filed a case at NCC police station.

Following the complaint, the police launched an investigation leading to the arrest of Rakesh Pal in the Jogendranagar area.

Based on Pal’s confession, the police arrested two additional suspects named Nepal Dobanath and Manoj Kumar Das. The stolen bike has been successfully recovered.
