Agartala, 23rd January 2025: The birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was commemorated with due dignity at the Pradesh Congress Bhavan here today. The event was attended by Pradesh Congress President Asish Kumar Saha, former president Piyush Kanti Biswas and other members of the party.
Speaking to media persons here, Pradesh Congress President Saha highlighted the significance of honoring Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, a visionary leader who ignited the spirit of independence across the nation. “We have paid tribute to the visionary Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, who ignited the spirit of independence across the country through courage and determination,” Saha stated. He emphasized that the Pradesh Congress joined the entire nation in celebrating the birth anniversary of this iconic figure with the utmost respect and reverence.
Saha also touched upon the current state of the nation, describing it as a critical situation. “The country is now going through a critical situation. As patriots, we have to move forward in this critical situation by following the inspiration of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose,” he urged.
