Minister Nath said that over the past few days, residents of the area have voiced concerns regarding frequent disruptions in electricity supply and poor responsiveness of the TSECL call center. Taking note of these issues, Minister Nath interacted with the Deputy General Manager (DGM), Senior Manager, helpers, and other on-ground staff at the sub-division office. During the visit, detailed discussions were held on identifying crew-level deviations and ensuring more efficient service delivery. The Minister emphasized the importance of prompt and sincere action by field staff to restore public confidence. “I have discussed with the officials how to improve services in Ranibazar. I believe the employees will now be more sincere in resolving the complaints,” said Minister Nath after the inspection.
