Agartala, January 03: In a crucial organizational meeting on Wednesday, the state unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) convened to chart out the strategy for the imminent Lok Sabha elections.
The gathering, held at the Bhagat Singh Yuva Awaas in the capital city of Agartala, saw the participation of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, BJP State President Rajib Bhattacharjee, former Deputy CM Jishnu Dev Varma as well as various party ministers, legislators, and office-bearers.
During the meeting, Rajib Bhattacharjee addressed the attendees, emphasizing the proximity of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Tripura, coinciding with the rest of the country. He highlighted that the primary agenda of the day’s meeting was to deliberate and finalize the strategic approach for the impending electoral battle.
Bhattacharjee further conveyed that leaders and workers of the party have actively stepped into the political arena, dedicating their efforts to securing victory for the BJP in the two Lok Sabha constituencies of Tripura. The party’s commitment to a successful electoral campaign was palpable as discussions took place to shape the course of the BJP’s campaign leading up to the elections.
