Agartala, January 11, 2023. : Bharatiya Janata Party started the state-wide ‘Jana Biswas Yatra’ from January 5 last. Union Home minister Amit Shah inaugurated this journey from Dharmanagar and Sabroom. Today, the chariot of ‘Jana Biswas Yatra started from Teliamura arrived at Mohanpur and Bamutia.
To greet this ‘Ratha Yatra’, the residents of Mohanpur assembly constituency gathered at Khowai Chowmuhani. Ratan Lal Nath, MLA of Mohanpur assembly constituency and Minister of Education and Law, was the leader of Mohanpur mandal. Different streets are decorated with different cultural themes which were absolutely eye-catching.
Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath told the media that people have accepted this ‘Jana Biswas Yatra’ with great enthusiasm. “With multiple development in different sectors including Education and Healthcare system of the state, you will see that the BJP government will be established again in Tripura with more seats than in 2018. This rally will be concluded in Agartala city tomorrow. BJP national president JP Nadda will attend the closing ceremony”, he added.
Nath was accompanied by Deputy Mayor Manika Das Datta, BJP state vice-president Tapas Bhattacharjee, party’s state secretary Asmita Banik and other leaders.
