Agartala, February 3, 2023: In view of the ensuing assembly election slated to be held on February 16 next, all the opposition political parties have set up their election booth offices in the state.

Accordingly, election booth offices have been made in each booth in the Boxanagar assembly constituency. In the meantime, some miscreants are carrying out various conspiracies with the intention of destroying the atmosphere of peace and harmony.

After Dhanpur assembly constituency, a group of opposition miscreants set fire to the booth office number 14 of the Madhya Boxanagar village panchayat area of Boxnagar assembly constituency on Thursday late night around 2 AM.

When he woke up in the morning, Fajr Ali, the president of Booth No. 14, saw that the booth office was set on fire by the opposition miscreants. When the booth president informed Kalamchoura police station OC Prashanta Kumar Dey, the police visited the burnt booth office and started an investigation. However, the police could not arrest any specific criminals.

In this regard, the booth president said that the opposition was scared after seeing the huge procession and road meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party at Boxanagar market on Thursday. So this is a conspiracy and an attempt to stop the ruling party BJP. BJP’s development cannot be stopped even by this conspiracy and mischief.

Booth president claimed that the government will come to power with more seats in the coming days.
