Agartala, July 14, 2022: As per the order of Tripura government and National Green Tribunal (NGT) guidelines, two buckets are provided by Sabroom Nagar Panchayat to each and every house for throwing garbages and waste materials.
With a view to make the town clean by keeping eco-friendly waste and plastic or other non-biodegradable waste separately in those buckets, Sabroom Nagar Panchayat has been making continuous efforts to make the waste recyclable.
A team of 5 people from the city administration is going to every house and training them on how to properly store household waste. On Thursday, a team from the town administration can be observed visiting door-to-door to provide awareness lessons to the people living in the Sabroom NP area.
On behalf of the town administration, the residents were specially requested to keep the towm free from garbage by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Sabroom sub-division Debdas Debbarma.
