Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan at Belonia: Tarun Tyagi calls for active booth-level mobilization

Agartala, 21st April 2026: As part of the nationwide ‘Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan’ initiated by the Indian National Congress, a special program was organized on Tuesday afternoon at the Belonia Congress Bhavan.

Congress observer Tarun Tyagi, deputed from Delhi, attended the event and addressed the media. He emphasized that the campaign’s primary objective is to reinforce and energize the party structure. “From the state level down to districts, blocks, and booths, the focus is on activating and streamlining organizational activities,” he said. Tyagi further noted that a comprehensive review of the party’s functioning will be conducted under this initiative, with a detailed report to be submitted to the central leadership in Delhi.

The meeting, convened by the South District Congress Committee, saw the participation of South District Congress President Mridul Patari, senior leader Milan Kar, Youth Congress leader Ajitabh Majumdar, along with several block presidents, party leaders, workers, and supporters.

Speakers at the gathering underscored the importance of strengthening the organization at the grassroots level and called for united efforts to ensure the party’s future growth.
