Agartala, 8th October 2023: On the occasion of Sharadiya Durga Puja Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury has distributed over 700 sarees to women in his assembly constituencies.
“Today in Nalgaria party office area, as a personal effort on my part, my elderly mother – sister and sisters of Booth No. 10/15/16/17 belonging to my 10 Majlishpur Assembly Constituency wish their love and wishes in advance of Sharadiya Durga festival. Distributed a total of 400 sarees for everyone to wear in the puja and wished everyone present here in advance of Durgotsava”, he said.
He also distributed more 340 sarees in booth numbers 7, 8, 9.
