Three students injured in auto-rickshaw and goods vehicle collision at Udaipur

Agartala, 9th April 2025:   The residents of Udaipur subdivision were witness to yet another road mishap as car accidents continue to plague the sub-division. A head-on collision took place this morning between a passenger auto-rickshaw and a four-wheeled goods vehicle on the Jamjuri-Rajdharnagar road leaving three students from Ramesh School injured.

Villagers who rushed to the scene swiftly pulled the students from the wrecked rickshaw and provided initial assistance. They ensured the injured were moved to the roadside while notifying the fire brigade. Responding promptly, the fire brigade team arrived at the scene and transported the injured students to Gomati District Hospital at Tepania for treatment.

According to fire brigade officials, the injured students are currently undergoing medical care at the district hospital.
