Agartala, 7th May 2024 : Tragedy struck Lalsingmura market on Tuesday afternoon when a woman lost her life after being struck by a bike while crossing the road. Two others suffered serious injuries in the incident.
Prompt action from local witnesses led to firefighters rescuing the victims and rushing them to the hospital.
The deceased has been identified as Tulsi Nama met with the fatal accident at Lalsingmura Bazar. The injured individuals are Bikash Debnath and Nanigopal Debbarma sustained severe injuries to their hands and feet.
Authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident, with the police taking charge of the case.
