Tripura CM Announces 3% DA, DR Hike for Govt Employees and Pensioners

Agartala, 21st March 2025:   In a major relief for government employees and pensioners, Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha announced a 3% hike in Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR).

Chief Minister said that with this increase, the DA for state government employees and the DR for pensioners will rise from 30% to 33%, effective April 1, 2025.Dr Saha said that for this a total of Rs 300 Crore would be spent from the state government.  This decision is expected to benefit thousands of government employees and retired personnel across the state.
