Agartala, January 19: Union Minister of State Pratima Bhoumik inaugurated Kaushal Bharat Viksit Bharat, a network that aims to provide skill development and job opportunities for the youth of Tripura, at Agartala Town Hall on Friday. She said that the network would help the youth of the state to break away from the mindset of seeking only government jobs and instead explore various avenues of employment in the private sector.
She said that the Prime Minister has encouraged the youth to not only seek jobs but also create jobs for others by using modern technology and innovation. She announced that 50 young people from Tripura would be employed in multinational companies like Yuvati Daylet next month, with a starting salary of Rs. 5 lakh. She expressed confidence that the youth of Tripura, who are cooperating with the government, would make India a global leader in the future.
She also spoke about the Ram Mandir, which is going to be established on January 22 after 500 years of struggle. She said that Ram is the culture and tradition of India and the establishment of the Ram temple would be a historic moment for the country. She urged everyone to light a lamp on that day and join the Prime Minister in celebrating the occasion.
