Agartala, 30th November 2023: A program to promote good governance and development in every house was inaugurated by Rebati Tripura, the Lok Sabha MP from East Tripura, at North Mainama ADC Village in Longtharai Valley on Thursday. The program, named Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and Prati Ghore Sushasan 2.0, aims to provide easy access to various government services and schemes for the common people.
The program was attended by Chawmanu MLA Shambhu Lal Chakma, Manu-Chailengta constituency MDC Sanjay Das and other dignitaries. Various departments set up stalls to accept and issue applications for various certificates, such as PRTC, Ration Card R&R, Income Certificate, etc. Financial assistance was also provided to various SHG groups.
Rebati Tripura, who lit the lamp to mark the auspicious start of the program, said that the Bharat Sankalp Yatra Mela was organized and developed to bring the administration closer to the common man. He said that the people used to face difficulties in getting certificates from the government offices, but now they can get them easily through the program. He also said that the BJP government was committed to the development of the people and the region.
