Agartala, 25th December 2023: In a remarkable journey spanning 15 states, Nepal, and Bhutan, Yoga guru Krishna Naik Mysore, hailing from Karnataka, South India, has reached Tripura on his extensive walking tour to emphasize the significance of yoga and environmental conservation. Starting on October 16, 2022, from an undisclosed location, the yoga enthusiast is making his way through various states, with Dharmanagar being his current stop before heading to Agartala and subsequently to Mizoram, Delhi, Manipur, Nagaland, and beyond.
Having covered an impressive 9,000 kilometers so far, Krishna Naik Mysore estimates that it will take approximately three years to traverse the entire length of India, including Nepal and Bhutan, solely on foot. Throughout his journey, the yoga guru engages with medical college students, engineering college students, general college students, and youth communities, elucidating the importance of both yoga and environmental protection.
Krishna Naik Mysore expressed his gratitude for the warm reception he has received in Tripura, where locals have embraced him, offering accommodation in their homes. Overwhelmed by the hospitality of the people in Tripura, the yoga guru spends his days from six in the morning until five in the afternoon, crossing one state after another.
As he continues his pilgrimage, Krishna Naik Mysore remains dedicated to his mission of spreading awareness about yoga and environmental preservation, leaving an indelible mark on every community he encounters.
