Agartala, 8th March 2024: The Pradesh Youth Congress has released its five-point agenda for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, promising to create 30 lakh government jobs, provide Rs 1 lakh monthly stipend to diploma or degree holders, stop question paper leaks, extend pension benefits to informal workers, and offer loans to young entrepreneurs.
The Pradesh Youth Congress President Neel Kamal Saha announced the agenda at a press conference at the Pradesh Congress office on Friday. He said that the Congress party is committed to empowering the youth and addressing their issues.
He claimed that the BJP-led government has failed to generate employment, improve education, and support the informal sector. He accused the BJP of being involved in corruption and scams.
He appealed to the youth to vote for the Congress party and support its vision of a progressive and inclusive India. He said that the Congress party will work for the welfare of all sections of society and uphold the values of democracy and secularity.
