Agartala, 27th December 2024: A youth named Faruk Hossain was injured after being electrocuted while cutting a tree in Ward No. 8 of Melaghar Indiranagar. The incident has created a stir in the local community.
According to reports, Faruk Hossain climbed a tree to trim a branch of a teak tree. During the process, a branch came into contact with high-voltage 11,000-volt electric wires, resulting in Hossain being electrocuted and falling to the ground.
Local residents acted swiftly, rescuing Hossain and rushing him to Melaghar Hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment.
