Agartala, 28th November 2024: The recovery of a young man’s body in the Kalkalia forest area under Bishalgarh police station has caused a stir among local residents. Early this morning, locals found the body near the forest department and immediately alerted the Bishalgarh police.
Upon receiving the information, police officers rushed to the scene. Initial observations revealed multiple injury marks on the body, leading to suspicions that an attempt was made to kill and burn the body with acid. However, the identity of the deceased remains unknown at this time.
A police officer on the scene stated, “We have recovered the body and sent it to the hospital for an autopsy. The cause of death will be determined after the autopsy results are available.”
The police have registered a case of unnatural death and have begun an investigation into the incident. The discovery has left the community in shock, and authorities are working diligently to uncover the circumstances surrounding the young man’s death.
