TDP seeks PM Modi’s intervention in Chandrababu Naidu’s illegal arrest in A

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has sought the intervention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the illegal arrest of party National President and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

In a letter to Modi here on Saturday, TDP MP Kinjavarapu Rammohan Naidu urged the Prime Minister’s intervention in the undemocratic arrest of Chandrababu Naidu.

“Naidu has a clean and unblemished political career spanning of 45 years and has symbolised vision and development. He was illegally arrested today in an undemocratic manner.

Naidu is NSG protectee in the Z Plus category. I humbly request the Prime Minister to take prompt action in the matter for a fair and transparent investigation and uphold the principles of democracy to ensure the rights of the individuals protected,” the TDP MP said.
