A tragic incident, two persons were killed on the spot and another injured when the motorcycle on which they were travelling dashed by a private bus at Annapureddy Gudem, Vemulapalli Mandal in this district on Monday.
The private bus, which was traveling from Miryalagudem to Hyderabad, lost control and collided with the motorcycle, tragically leading to the fatalities. The bus subsequently veered off the road, entering a roadside agricultural field and becoming stuck in the mud. The bus loss of control was attributed to a punctured tire, according to police.
The injured was admitted to the Government Hospital in Miryalaguda for essential medical attention.
The deceased victims were identified as migrant laborers hailing from Chattisgarh.
A case has been registered and an investigation is underway, police added.
