China: 6.0 magnitude quake hits Tonga region

An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted Tonga region at 08:11 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 22.034 km, was initially determined to be at 23.5698 degrees south latitude and 175.8816 degrees west longitude.
