Agartala: June 04. The budget session of the Tripura Legislative Assembly for the financial year 2023-24 is likely to be held on July 7.
Kalyani Roy, Chief Whip of Tripura Legislative Assembly said that the budget session could not be held at the specified time for the election this time. As a result, vote on accounts had to be introduced. The chief whip said that the party has a program till June 30 and all MLAs will be busy in their respective centres. Besides, there are some incidental works before the submission to the assembly. All in all, the session will be held in July.
