PM Modi arrives in Madhya Pradesh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived here on board a special plane on Thursday, thereby commencing a day’s visit to Madhya Pradesh.

The dignitary was received at the airport by state Home Minister Narottam Mishra.

The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of projects worth more than Rs 50,700 crore including a Petrochemical Complex at the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd’s refinery in Bina town of Sagar district.

A Mi-17 helicopter is to convey Modi to Bina. Following the programme, the Prime Minister shall return here and then depart by IAF plane for Chhattisgarh’s Raigarh district headquarters.
