Agartala, 8th June 2024: Taking advantage of darkness, a team of thieves struck the residence of Biswajit Bardhan in the MLA Para under Airport Police Station. The incident took place late last night has stirred panic among local residents.
According to reports, the thieves targeted Bardhan’s house amidst heavy rain, making away with a submersible pump, pump pipes, and tractor parts. The theft was found by Bardhan this morning, prompting him to alert the Airport Police Station immediately.
Bardhan has voiced concerns about organized thefts in the area, urging authorities to identify and apprehend the culprits. The incident has heightened the community’s demand for increased security measures.
