Agartala, 5th December 2024: Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamandir organised a closing ceremony cum valedictory programme of the 15th All India Conference for Bhavans’ Principals of Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools, fostering collaboration and excellence.
It was a successful four day programme where around 85 number of principals and other dignitaries attended the conference from 2nd December 2024 to 5th December 2024.
Dr. Anita Bhalla, Director, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Amritsar and Smt. Parvathy E. Principal, Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Erpor gave their valuable opinions and advice regarding the conference. It was followed by the valedictory address of Shri Pauly Menacherry, Joint Director, Shikshan Bharati, Mumbai Head Office.
Debashis Chakraborty (retd. IFS), Chairman, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Agartala Kendra blessed us with his kind words. Ratna Saha, Principal, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Sulochana Natu Vidya Mandir, Pune and Sreeja Unnikrishnan, Principal, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan School, Kozhikode, Kerala were felicitated by Swapna Shome, Principal, Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamandir, Pauly Menacherry, Joint Director, Shikshan Bharati, and Shri Debashis Chakraborty, (retd. IFS), Chairman, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Agartala Kendra, for their golden years of service.
All the principals who participated in the four-day Conference were presented with certificates and mementos by Pauly Menacherry, Joint Director, Shikshan Bharati; Tapan Lodh, Vice Chairman, BVB, Agartala Kendra; Swapanendu Sen, Member of Kendra Committee; Debashis Chakraborty, (retd. IFS), Chairman, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Agartala Kendra; Dr. G.V. Subramanian, Director, Agartala and Kolkata Kendra.
In addition to the cultural event showcasing Tripura’s heritage and tradition, the programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Pompi Majumdar, Headmistress of the Primary Section, Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamandir.
