Bangladesh suspends Visa services in Agartala due to security concerns

Agartala, 3rd December 2024:   The Bangladesh High Commission has announced the suspension of all visa and consular services at the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala on Tuesday. The decision was made in response to security concerns in the region.

In an official statement released on Tuesday, the High Commission stated, “In view of the insecurity situation, all visa and consular services at the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission, Agartala, will remain closed until further notice.”
