Agartala, 6th April 2025:  Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha today said that people have confidence in the current government and one of the goals of this government is to ensure the overall welfare of every person.

Dr. Saha said this while addressing BJP party karyakartas at the function organized at the Pradesh BJP office to mark the foundation day of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

“The importance of this party is well known to everyone. Everyone knows that BJP is a party of karyakartas. Except for some states, BJP is ruling in almost every state. In this direction, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP also formed the government in Tripura in 2018. Following their direction and also the direction from BJP National Secretary JP Nadda, we are working,” said Dr. Saha.

He said that since 2018, the political definition has already changed. Other political parties are now confused as they are searching for ways that will be beneficial for them.

“BJP is now one of the best political parties in the country, and we are working under the leadership of PM Modi. We have recently passed a budget for the welfare of the people. We work to solve the problems of the people. We also want to thank the people of Tripura. Our government has been working to solve problems. Our main aim is to keep everyone happy. As people have faith in dharma, we are here. There will be problems, but we have to solve them through discussion. We have already covered 87% of the Jal Jeevan Mission. We are implementing innovative ideas to provide water in the hilly areas, including rainwater harvesting,” he added.
