Agartala, June 7, 2023: Commemorating the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government’s remarkable nine years in service, good governance and eradicate poverty across the country, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Tripura Pradesh has initiated four programmes- ‘Labharthi Samvad’, first-time voters registration & their felicitation, ‘Bike Yatra’ and online national-level quiz competition from May 31 to June 30 next across the state, BJYM state vice-president Vikki Prasad said while briefing media persons on Wednesday.
“Firstly, the ‘Labharthi Samvad’ is designed to interact with and gather opinions from the beneficiaries of the Modi government’s welfare schemes. It will include door-to-door interactions and town hall-style mass connect programs to engage with the Labharthis of various welfare schemes since 2014. In Tripura, three lakh houses were distributed under PMAY, free tape water connection under Jal Jeevan Mission, 3.81 lakh people received social allowance of Rs 2000, etc. Everything has been possible due to ‘Double Engine’ governments. We will highlight beneficiaries words through social media platforms”, he said.
“Secondly, a four-day long programme has been set in each mandal from June 7 to 10 next where the registration of first-time voters will be held as well as new voters to be felicitated. Already camps have been set up by the BJYM karyakartas in front of different higher educational institutions across the state”.
“Thirdly, ‘Bike Yatra’ will be held in 10 organization districts of BJP and two teams will made for visiting various mandals and villages. Karyakartas will document the activities and upload them through the Saral app. The yatra will include a night stay at every mandal as per the BJYM proforma.”
At last, online quiz competition to be held at national level where the students studying in school and colleges will participate. BJYM will make all arrangements, Morcha’s state vice-president told reporters.
