Agartala, June 18, 2023: In memory of late Samir Deb, a blood donation camp was organized by the DYFI Divisional Committee at Chhatra-Yuva Bhavan on Sunday. Former DYFI State Committee Secretary Amal Chakraborty, CPIM West District Secretary Ratan Das and other leaders were present. All those present paid their respects by placing wreaths on the portrait of late Samir Deb.
Amal Chakraborty visited the blood donation camp and said that everyone should come forward in the blood donation camp. He also said that to meet the blood shortage, blood donation should come forward consistently.
Besides, he expressed concern about the current situation and said that people are not able to carry out social programs properly and pointed fingers at the ruling party for this. The presence of blood donors was noticeable on this day.
