Agartala: July 02. One Scooty driver sustained severe head injuries after his scooty was collided with a vehicle of TSECL today at Lal Bahadur Chowmuhani. Firefighters took the injured to GB Hospital where the injured person is under gong treatment in critical condition.
Debashis Sinha, the driver of TSECL car, said that he had just left the local furniture shop with his vehicle after completing the electrical work. After only a few meters, he saw a person on a scooty coming at a speed of 70-80 km. The scooty driver lost the control and had hit the vehicle of TSECL. Firefighters were immediately informed. Meanwhile, after receiving the news, the police of East Police Station rushed to the spot. The seriously injured person was taken to GB Hospital. In this incident, questions are being raised about traffic services in the area.
