CMs of UP and MP donate for Tripura flood relief

Agartala, 26th August 2024:   The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, and the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, has come forward to support the flood victims in Tripura with generous donations.

On X (formerly known as Twitter), Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha informed that the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, has donated Rs 20 crore for the relief of flood victims, while Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has contributed Rs 10 crore.

In addition to them, various organizations, social clubs, doctors, and individuals have also extended their support by donating for flood relief efforts. Suraksha Medical Agency donated Rs 50,000, Aiktan Yuba Sangstha, Shantipara, contributed Rs 51,000, Little Star Musical Band donated Rs 5,000, and Transcend Dental Laboratory contributed Rs 1,00,000.

Furthermore, MLA Sushanta Deb, Pratyaya Samajik Sangstha, and the Agartala Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society have also made their contributions to the ongoing relief efforts.
