Agartala, 10th September 2025: A condolence meeting commemorating the passing of veteran CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury was held this afternoon at the Sachin Dev Burman Smriti Kalakshetra in Bishramganj. The event was organized jointly by the CPI(M) subdivisions of Bishalgarh and Jampuijala.
Former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar served as the keynote speaker, addressing party workers on strengthening organizational unity and other pressing matters. Also in attendance were Partha Pratim Majumdar, Secretary of the Bishalgarh Subdivision Committee, the Secretary of the Jampuijala Subdivision Committee, and several leaders from the CPI(M) district committee.
