Ex-CM Samir Ranjan Barman campaigns for INDI Alliance candidate Asish Kumar Saha at Bishalgarh

Agartala, April 12: In a resolute declaration aimed at combating the grip of gangsters, former Chief Minister Samir Ranjan Barman rallied supporters behind INDI Alliance candidate Asish Kumar Saha at a gathering in Bishalgarh on Friday. Barman emphasized the pivotal role of the people in securing the nation from criminal elements by ensuring a resounding victory for Saha in the upcoming West Tripura Lok Sabha election.

Addressing the fervent crowd, Barman urged citizens to cast aside their apprehensions and participate actively in the electoral process on April 19. He asserted that Saha, if elected, would steadfastly dedicate himself to the advancement of the populace. Notable figures including former minister Bhanu Lal Saha joined Barman and candidate Asish Kumar Saha in solidarity.

Undeterred by challenges, Asish Kumar Saha’s campaign has been marked by dynamic strategies aimed at galvanizing support. Recently, Saha, accompanied by his wife Kakali Saha and daughter, canvassed in Agartala city, followed by the commencement of campaigning led by former Chief Minister Samir Ranjan Barman.

Amidst the fervour, it’s noteworthy that the opposition India Alliance is mounting a robust campaign, matching strides with the ruling party in the electoral race.
