Agartala, 14th November 2025: The Saptashakti Sangam women’s conference held at Tripureshwari Vidya Mandir, Gandhigram yesterday focused on empowering women and highlighting their crucial role in society and nation-building.
The event was attended by Dr. Madhusri Sanjeev Sauji, Secretary, Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan and Prof. Milan Rani Jamatia, President, Vidya Bharati Shiksha Samity Tripura, who shared insights on women’s contributions. Tandra Gan Chaudhary, President, SMC, Tripureshwari Vidya Mandir Gandhigram, presided over the meeting.
The conference was part of a larger initiative by Vidya Bharati Tripura, which plans to organize 18 such events across the state. The goal is to inspire and motivate women, fostering leadership and community engagement.
This initiative aligns with the broader Saptashakti Sangam program, which aims to empower women through education, cultural preservation, and social awareness. The program has been successfully implemented in various regions.
