Agartala, 9th January 2026: Marking the historic Banbhojan Day in memory of Param Dayal Sri Sri Thakur Anukulchandra, devotees across the world observed the occasion with fervent celebrations. As part of this tradition, a vibrant and joyous gathering was organized today at the rubber garden near Bamutia block, transforming the venue into a spiritual hub of devotion and unity.
The event, hosted with heartfelt initiative by local guru brothers and sisters, became a grand meeting ground for satsangis. From morning till evening, the atmosphere resonated with soulful discussions on the ideals of the Ishta, devotional songs, bhajans, and kirtans. The rhythmic chants and spiritual ambience turned the garden into a sanctified pilgrimage site for the day.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the collective Bhandara Prasad—a community feast symbolizing fraternity, harmony, and spiritual bonding. The shared meal brought immense joy and satisfaction to all participants, reinforcing the spirit of togetherness.
The presence of Amulya Chandra Sarkar, a dedicated priest of Sri Sri Thakur, added depth and solemnity to the occasion. His guidance enriched the spiritual significance of the event. Particularly moving was the participation of two elderly women, both over eighty, whose maternal presence deeply touched and inspired the gathering.
