Agartala, 4th January 2026: Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sepahijala, CAU (I), Tripura organized awareness programme on Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Rozgar Ajeevika Mission (Gramin): VB-G RAM G on 3rd and 4th January 2026 at Sutarmura VC, GaganSardar Para, Gayaram Para, Charilam block; Nabasardar Para, Sonamoni and Latiacherra VC, Jampuijala Block, Sepahijala Tripura.
The programs were conducted under the guidance of DrAnupam Mishra, Vice-Chancellor, CAU, Imphal under the technical guidance Dr. Ph. Ranjit Sharma, Director, Directorate of Extension Education, CAU, Imphal, Dr. A. K Mohanty, Director, ICAR-ATARI, Zone VII, Umiam, Meghalaya and Prof A. B Patel, Dean, College of Fisheries, CAU(I), Lembucherra, Tripura and Dr. Shatabhisa Sarkar, Senior Scientist and Head, KVK Sepahijala.
The objective of the programme was to aware about VB-G RAM G and to make awareness including SarpanchSammelans, village gosh this & walking seminars.
The programme was inaugurated by Chairman/Pradhan of the respective villages in presence of Maisnam Luwangleima, SMS (Agril. Engineering), RamanujChakraborty, SMS (Fisheries) and Pijush Debbarma, Prog. Assistant (Lab. Technician) KVK, Sepahijala and others.
The discussion on VB-G RAM G was highlighted and presented by the Subject matter Specialist of the KVK and explained what benefits can be obtained by the villager/public through VB-G RAM G. A total of 50 farmers, farm women, rural youth actively participated in the programme and interacted with specialist, Sarpanch and other officials at respective panchayat office.
