Agartala, August 04: The ‘Viswa Jadi Buti Divas’ was celebrated on the initiative of Mahadev Tapasthali Vedic Ashram and Gurukul at Sanicherra in Dharmanagar on Friday.

Every year on this day, the birth anniversary of Acharya Bal Krishna is being observed. Under the inspiration of Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balakrishna, the Mahadev Tapasthali Vedic Ashram and Gurukul of Sanicherra was established. Until now this Gurukul was running only with girls. Now Mahadev Tapasthali Vedic Ashram and Gurukul are being developed anew with boys.

Acharya Balakrishna GK can be said to be the creator of the Ayurveda scriptures that are being researched in the world.  He is researching over 7000 trees and helping institutions like Patanjali with research-based breakthroughs in the development of various Ayurvedic medicines.

The ‘Jadi Buti Divas’ was celebrated in Sanicherra Gurukul first with Yoga Pranaam followed by Maha Yagna and various types of tree plantation. This day is observed with special importance for boys.

It should be noted that in the coming days, the Mahadev Tapasthali Vedic Ashram and Gurukul Swami will move forward following the path of Ramdev, as has been informed by the founders of the Ashram.
