Tejaswini Women’s Conference to celebrate 100 years of RSS at Dharmanagar

Agartala, 5th January 2024:   The Tejaswini Women’s Conference, a women’s empowerment event organized by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), will be held at Vivekananda Swardha Satabarshiki Bhavan in Dharmanagar on Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. The conference is part of the centenary celebrations of the RSS, the largest voluntary organization in India.

The organizers of the conference held a press conference on Friday at the office of Swayamsevak Sangh in North district, where Meenakshi Nath (District President), Latika Das (Panthakul Member), Kanika Malakar (Tarani Member) and Kakuli Raut (North District Pracharak) and others were present. They said that the conference aims to mobilize and empower women to build a self-reliant India with an integral cultural justice system. They said that the role of mother power is vital in nurturing the individual, family, society, state and all creation with a radiant motherly power rich in justice.

They also said that the conference has already been held in three districts of the state and the fourth district is being held in North district on Sunday. They invited all the women and sisters of the northern district to attend the conference and show the power of women. They said that the conference will be a platform for women to share their experiences, challenges and achievements and to learn from each other. They said that the conference will also feature cultural programs, speeches and interactive sessions.
