Meanwhile, the death of a 50-year-old Vaishnava woman died in a road accident at Ampi Choumuhani in Teliamura on Thursday morning has once again raised a big question mark about the traffic system.
It is known that the deceased old woman Uma Rani Debnath Goswami went to participate in a religious ceremony in Kalyanpur. From there, when she was crossing the road to go to Mohanpur under Jirania Police Station and get off the auto-rickshaw at Ompi Choumuhani to get into the Agartala car, an oil tanker had hit her. Uma Rani Debnath Goswami collapsed on the road. The woman was taken to Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital where the on-duty doctor declared her brought dead.
