Agartala, 10th August 2025:    Volunteers from the NSS Unit of Women’s College marked Raksha Bandhan with heartfelt gestures aimed at promoting harmony and brotherhood across society. Today, the group visited the official residence of Tripura Chief Minister Professor Dr. Manik Saha, where they ceremoniously tied a rakhi on his wrist and offered prayers for his good health and long life.

Extending the spirit of the festival beyond tradition, the volunteers also tied rakhis to army personnel, photojournalists, and various community members, exchanging warm greetings and emphasizing the importance of love and unity in society. Their outreach reflected a strong call to reinforce social bonds and foster mutual respect across diverse groups.
