Gujarat Polls: Over 19 pc voter turnout till 11 am

Gujarat in its first phase of polling recorded over 19.13 percent voter turnout in the first three hours.

In the first phase of assembly elections in Gujarat, polling for 89 seats in 19 districts of Saurashtra-Kutch and South Gujarat began at 8 am on Thursday amid tight security.

The Chief Electoral Officer’s office said that the work of calculating and compiling the percentage is going on.
