Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid tribute to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary on Monday.
The CM offered floral tributes at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at GPO in the presence of school children who also paid their respect to Bapu through recitation of bhajans. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak was present on the occasion.
Earlier, Yogi tweeted, “Humble tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary. Bapu’s ideology calls for humanity, freedom and harmony. His teachings pave the way for the realization of the concept of Ram Rajya and world peace.”
