Agartala, 21st October 2025:  The Agartala flyover continues to operate without visible traffic regulation, sparking public concern over safety and law enforcement. Despite designated speed limits, vehicles are seen speeding and making abrupt U-turns mid-bridge, often in violation of traffic norms.

Such scenes have become routine for daily commuters, especially at night when groups of reckless youths reportedly dominate the flyover. On Diwali night at 12:54 AM, a car bearing registration TR01BT-0729 was seen turning sharply in the middle of the road, as if it were private property. The driver also engaged in a heated altercation with another motorist trailing behind.

The incident has reignited questions about administrative oversight and whether the flyover is becoming a haven for unruly behavior, including potential criminal activity.
