Agartala, September 17, 2023: In commemoration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, a remarkable celebration took place with the initiative of BJP Sadar (Urban) District Committee. A tree plantation program, as well as an enthusiastic Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, showcasing their commitment to environmental sustainability and cleanliness were held.
The event took place at the Maharani Tulsibati Girls’ HS School, a symbol of education and growth in the capital. Distinguished figures such as BJP state President Rajib Bhattacharjee, Sadar (Urban) District BJP President, and other prominent leaders graced the occasion with their presence.
Addressing the gathering, Bhattacharjee highlighted the significance of the programs undertaken in honour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. These initiatives, which include tree planting and a cleanliness campaign, have been strategically planned to continue for the next two Octobers, illustrating a long-term commitment to these causes. The event saw the participation of Bhattacharjee, Mayor Dipak Majumder, and other leaders. The cleaning operation at Durga Bari premises was conducted with enthusiasm and dedication, symbolizing the enduring commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the area.
