Agartala, 18th March 2025: In an effort to address various issues in the capital city of Agartala, Mayor Dipak Majumdar along with Mayor-in-Council Abhijit Mallik and other officials inspected the Bhattapukur area.
During the visit, the team also reviewed the conditions of the water treatment plant, the bridge over the Haora River, and the damaged roads in need of repair.
Mayor Majumdar highlighted that the state government, through the Municipal Corporation and the Water Board, has undertaken multiple initiatives to resolve the drinking water issues in different areas.
He assured that areas still facing drinking water shortages would soon have access to adequate water supply.
