Teliamura police recovers rotten deadbody of man

Agartala, October 13, 2022: The recovery of a deadbody of a man in his fifties in a locked house has spread sensation on the night of Wednesday last at an area adjacent to Dayamoy Ashram of Shantinagar under Teliamura police station. It is learned that the deceased is identified as Hirendra Debnath, who is a mason and day labour by profession. 

It is reported that the daily wage labour was living with his wife and son happily, but excessive boozing by Hirendra introduced disturbances in their family. After addiction, he even hit his wife and son. Later, his wife and son went her father’s house to get rid of her husband’s torture. Thereafter, he was living alone at Shantinagar for several years.

But on Wednesday night, from the local neighbors to the passers-by, all of them started to feel a rotten stench in the air from the so-called house. Immediately, Teliamura police station was informed. On receiving the news, the police force led by Sub-Inspector Biswajit Das of Teliamura police station rushed to the spot. A hearse with the dome of Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital rushed.

Later, when the policemen along with the locals entered the empty house, they saw the dead body of Hirendra Debnath, a man in his fifties, lying half-naked on the bed. At the same time, flies are buzzing and the smell of rot is floating in the air. The most surprising thing is the discovery of a half-naked dead body lying on the bed inside the house. But the shocking thing is that the door of that room is locked again from outside.

However, how is it possible to find a half-naked dead body in a locked room? This mysterious event is basically like raising the eyes to the forehead. With which a sensational situation has already been created in the entire area. But is there any other mystery hidden behind this death – the police of Teliamura police station has not yet opened a clear face in this regard. However, it is initially assumed that the real mystery will be revealed only after the police investigation and hospital post-mortem, whether the death is normal or not.
