Agartala, June 10, 2023: In a commendable initiative by Bijoy Sangh Club, pedestrians were provided with a nutritious lunch for just Rs 2 on Saturday. This initiative takes place every second Saturday of the month, aiming to support the community. The event saw the presence of esteemed guests, including Subal Kumar Dey, the Editor of Syandan newspaper, veteran journalist, philanthropist Rajib Bhattacharjee, local councilors, and prominent individuals from the area.
During the event, the club authorities, along with the guests, handed out lunches to pedestrians, symbolizing their commitment to serving the community. Subal Kumar Dey, who attended the event, lauded the organization of the club authorities and encouraged them to continue such initiatives in the future.
