Agartala, 17th June 2025: Tripura BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharya on Thursday said that the party has convened a meeting to assess the implementation of promises made in its Vision Documents concerning the welfare and development of Janajati communities.
Speaking ahead of chairing the Chintan Baithak alongside Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and other senior leaders, Bhattacharya said the session was organized by the BJP Janajati Morcha with the goal of strengthening both the Morcha and the party’s outreach among tribal populations.
“The Chintan Baithak will deliberate on the progress of flagship schemes initiated by the Central Government and those implemented by the State Government. A detailed review of the commitments made in the Vision Documents for Janajati Vikas will be undertaken, and strategies for further development will be discussed,” he said.
Bhattacharya emphasized that the discussions will also focus on intensifying developmental efforts for the Janajati people and bolstering the BJP’s organizational strength across tribal regions.
