Dharmanagar MC launches Prati Ghore Sushasan 2.0 and Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra

Agartala, November 29: Dharmanagar Municipal Council inaugurated a two-day long program of Prati Ghore Sushasan 2.0 and Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra at BBI premises on Wednesday. The program aims to provide various government facilities to the people under one roof, and to speed up the implementation of the state and central government initiatives.

The program was launched by Pradyut De Sarkar, Chairman of Dharmanagar Municipal Council, along with Vice-Chairperson Manju Nath, Chief Executive Officer Vivek HB and social worker Shyamal Nath. Pradyut De Sarkar said that Dharmanagar was ranked second in the state last year by serving the Municipal Council in Prati Ghore Good Governance project. He said that the program will continue to provide services in four wards, after covering each ward in the past.

The program will be conducted in BBI school premises on 29th and 30th November. The program will offer various government facilities to the people, such as verification of minimum eligibility for government jobs, without the need to visit office day after day. The program will also highlight the various schemes and initiatives of the state and central government, and bring the common people under their ambit.

The program is not limited to the city, but will also reach every village and block in the form of Prati Ghore Sushasan 2.0 and Biksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, for the benefit of the common people.
